Multiple Customers in "specific customers" in Coupons#24

Would it be possible to extend the “Lock the coupon to a specific customer” feature to support multiple users?

Instead of restricting a code to just one customer, it would be helpful if we could assign it to a group of customers, and multiple steam IDs, allowing everyone in that group to use the same code. While still restricting it to people who shouldnt be using it.
